Brake Pads

Post by frazzle »

Looks like mine may be on the way out - all 4. Can anyone advise on the best thing to do - replace with standard or upgrade? I need to keep it cheap but when something goes it's always a chance to upgrade :D

Any recommendations?

I've got a Demon Tweeks catalogue in front of me on my desk here at work :)

Their costs for a pair of Black Diamond Predator pads are £55 for a Golf G60 so should be around £50 for the Polo I would have thought?

EBC Greenstuff are about £45 per pair, Pagid fast road pads (from GSF) are about the same I think. So budget £50 per pair of brake pads and you can have the pick of the bunch IMHO.
