Try www.2modified.com ?

I was thinking myself of getting Black diamond replacment discs and there are pads at 2modified which look pretty good too...

dont gofor "race" pads they ware out the disks quicker ( pads are cheaper to replace)

i have heard good things about the pagid fast road pads and gsf sell them for quite cheap (half the price of greenstuff pads. )
