Post by bullit mark »

would gti alloys (6n2) fit on a mk4 polo 1.4 16v? can get a set cheap just wanting to make sure they fit before a buy them.the car aint lowered but am looking to do that in the near future.and a think am going to run 195-50-15 tyres

Cheers Mark

Yes, the GTi alloys should fit with no problems. They're BBS RX2 split-rims, 4x100 ET43. Recommended tyre, and the size fitted by VW too, is 195/45/15. By all means fit 50-profile tyres if you wish but the 45s aren't much more expensive I don't think, and look much better 8)

Cheers!

id go for 45 profile tyres if your planning on lowering it alot, but they would definately look cool mate.

45's arent too bad I don't think, I find that the car is comfortable enough even on rough roads :D

I agree, 45-profile tyres are quite comfortable in my experience, go for it :D
