Help, highsports.konigsports!!??

Post by inthoughtwelive »

Hey, sorry to keep bringing this up, but i keep getting mixed reviews on the subject. FK highsorts. I'm looking at droping the front and rear around 60 or 70mm and some people have said the rear only drops like 55mm and front dooes 120mm and others say, you can get 80mm all around etc, and i noticed a post the a few days ago, which has a pitcure of the a 9n with highsports on with the rear down as far down as it can go, and this is way too high for me. Can any one give me, some 'real'specs on the highsports, or should i just go for the konigsports as, as far as i know theese drop over 100mm all round? and i wouldnt mind adjustable damping any hows, its just the cost!
Thank-you for any help or advise you guys can give.
Much Regards, Will.

It is a bit confusing mate. As im looking for a drop around 50-60mm.

But from what ive found there are FK Highsports, which go down -55mm max allround. Then theres FK Highsports II, which go down -85mm max.
Konigsports go -120mm afaik

Im thinking of going for the FKs hightec 60/50 kit though, as that is the drop im after and wont need to higher or lower it more i guess :?

Yeh tell em about it, i meen my main problem is the fact i have no rear seats etc, so i need sum room for adjustment as i want it to sit flat, and im not sure how much difrence there will be. but if the highsport 2's drop all around 80mm i think this should be fine, its just the post i saw where they said, the frontcan go loads lower and the backs as far as it can go has confused me a little. and adjustible damping still seems tempteing, aspecially on the roads round where i live. But thanks for your help, hope it all goes well with yours.

i've just bought konigsports for my ibiza (same chassis as 9n) purely because if i want to drop it to the floor, i can!
plus they have adjustable damping so i'm hoping that i can maintain most of the ride quality even if i'm -60 to 70mm!!

bought mine from venom motorsport, £484 delivered! they haven't arrived yet (been over a week and a half) but they are coming straight from FK in germany!
