I've seen it in person and can honestly say the rims look great and so do the bumpers, engine and everything else

I spotted you coming into the Pod before anyone else by the wheels

This has to be one of the nicest polos i've seen.

Love the wheels. 8)

Also nice to see a fellow 5dr owner.

Yeah I prefer the grey too but that still looks good. I'm really starting to want a red one over a black one

When it's clean and the sun shines you can't beat the red.

I really like the look of the chrome-finished schmidts, but I bet they're a bitch to look after

In the metal though, they look fantastic, as does the car as a whole. As frazzle says, when cleaned and polished the red Polo GTis are the best looking - even though black gives the best shine, any and every imperfection is shown up!

I too like the shots of cars on the move, Dino you'll have to arrange for one of your fellow Southern members to meet up and take some shots! 8)

Thanks for the comments

I do try to keep it looking clean all the time and yes the schmidts are crap to look after but they do look good once the time and effort has been put into them!!

Im going to enter a few show and shines this year so it will be extra clean soon! Fingers crossed that i do ok but theres some very stiff competion out there!!

Ill post up some pics of engine/bootbuild after she comes back from bodyshop next week!!
