Correct PSI air tyre pressure

Was reading me petrol cap door thing this morning and it was all in german, but does anyone know what the correct tyre pressure is for the GTi with the standard BBS rims for just the driver and also the pressure when carry passengers.

I only know it as bar measurements for some unknown reason I can;t get my head round remembering the psi values

Front: 2.1 bar
Rear: 2.3 bar

Thats what VW advised me when I asked them not long after buying the GTi

1 bar = 14 psi
