Rear Light - Bulbs and removal

Morning guys and girls

Have searched for this but cannot find anything....

Sorry for the simple question, but i only noticed that one of my rear side light bulbs has gone. I'm in work now so can't go fiddle, had a quick look in the manual and it suggests going to VW - no thanks.

Its the side light bulb at the top of the circle (that makes sense right?)

Anyone know what bulb it is so i don't have to fiddle with it on lunch and can go straight to halfrauds?

Also - to get the light out do i need to unscrew the 3 black things behind the boot carpet?

Dino,

go to the boot, pull back the carpet that covers the back of the lights and theres a big black knob

. Unscrew that fully and the whole light housing should come out. (the light and the bulb holders)

Once thats out, theres two tabs (in grey/white) where its just a simple release to separate the bulb holder from the light housing. After that change the bulb and reverse the process.
