i think the new mini is retro but very modern at the same time! and as its an "S", it has an eaton supercharger which is just groovy!

However they are pretty expensive, and no matter how 'retro' the centre mounted speedo is, it would do my head in.

They do have a digital speedo just under the rev counter which you end up using rather than the actual centre speedo.

Not a big fan of them. Mainly because of a lot of the drivers i meet on the roads. They have a lot of top end speed though. One of my friends reports that one overtook him in his S/C'd + turbo micra. Off the limiter in 5th and it went past .
