I'l try my best to get time off work. If i manage I will be at the show on Saterday only

Works a bit of a bastard at the moment so I cant have much time off.

i just been reading through this, and fairly tempted! i'd only be able to make the sunday and ill have the tomtom next week also so ill have my little friend to help me if i decide to come.

Oh and CymruPolo and Phil6N....shouldn't you change your signatures so that it says 20th + 21st? not 21st + 22nd

I have applied for a club stand, I'm just waiting on the return e-mail from the organisers!

10 spaces should do it?

Current list:

1. Si_GTi (black 6n2 GTi)
2. CymruPolo (silver 6n)
3. MintySE (green 6n)
4. tommy long (?)
5. Phil6n (blue 6n)
6. PHILIP1193 (silver 6n2) (Sunday only)

Possibles:

1. Polo-03 (9n?)
2. elg polo mk4 (6n) (Saturday only)
3. olop_chris (black 6n2 GTi) (Sunday only)

Obviously feel free to modify the list to correct any mistakes I've made (just copy and paste with changes into your post), and it would be nice to see who is coming along both days, and who is Sunday only?

There isn't a great deal going on on the Saturday other than an evening cruise (not a Max Power kind of cruise!), then a p***-up

its more of an opportunity to get there and get sorted for the Sunday

None!

No e-mails, 'nout! No phone numbers to call re club display stands so will give the trade stands number a call and explain the situation. I'm certain things will then move ahead as planned

Got an e-mail back today from Dean, the passes will be sent to me "in the next few days"

I have asked for 10 passes! Once I've got them, I'll look at either posting them out to each person before the show, or handing them out when we meet there - what do people prefer?

I dont mind either, but like cymrypolo said the only problem with that though is for people who aren't going to be there for both days. N people might end up waiting a while waiting for fellow members to turn up.
Might be easier posting, n its one less thing to sort out on the day.
I dont mind tho.
