Well, it's a project. Namely bodywork and condition.

You won't believe the amount of work that has been put into this car by the previous 3 owners - I'm the 4th! It's been so well looked after - mechanically. But then white does always suffer more than any other colour. I've got a FSH right up to 2005 and we'll be continuing it.

The receits list is unbelievable. It totals up to £6578!! We're talking brand new radiator, distributor, brakes front and back, wheel cylinders, bearings, petrol tank, clutch and housing, clutch and throttle cable, brand new wing mirrors, new speedo cable and it goes on! Got 5 BBS wheels and another spare wheel, alarm/immobiliser too.

Current engine mods are Stage 4 from Jabba and full stainless de-cat Powerflow exhaust.

She drives soo well, everything is as it should be. So, so chuffed. I now know what those G-smiles are all about.

Some of the major plans are, but definately not soon - full respray same colour, -60mm on H&R and down on some spankin' wheels.

So here she is today after a good t-cutting, bumper treatment, polish and clean inside and out

Thanks again to Richard for pointing me in its direction. And a big thanks to Tav for some financial help lately!

What do you reckon?!

By the way, I bought it for £1,000 :-D[/img]

Was gonna ask what the bodywork problems were as it looked decent, until i saw the passenger side

Looks asthough its only on the easily replaceable wing and door though  saying that you can't really go wrong for a grand with the history that you've got with it!

welcome to the joys(and tears) of owning a white G40

Now...anyone want to point me in the direction of a £1000 G40?

And yeah, just gonna buy two new front wings and get the bodyshop to spray/put them on when it's getting resprayed. Sowwted!

Hahah, yeah! It's a f*****g awesome feeling. And my de-cat full stainless Powerflow throws a nice rumble out the back in contrast to that front end noise!

Yeah. Those are deffo the plans for my G. But no half coded bumpers for mine. Stayin' all black plastic

Robz - car will be getting a full respray in white so will be spanktastic condition

i have to say there are only a few colours which suit half colour coded bumpers, and white isn't one!

Keep em black mate!

Oh and red doesn't suit it either!
