well thats it gone the day just about 2 hrs ago!

sad to see the wee thing go but im now really lookin forward to buyin a golf GTI!! :D

got near enough the askin price so im chuffed!

for now im usin my girlfriends car which is a wee beast like! :roll:
(1.2 16v punto sporting) :lol:

i even had to put an engine in it lol!

some of u may be seeing me on a golf forum in the near future!

So what model of Golf did you get?

And if you don't mind me asking, how much did you get for your Polo, and was it a private sale?

iv not actually got a golf yet but im lookin for one!

i got £5200 for it!

yes it was a private sale and the new owner has been dyin to get his hands on it for ages!

i didnt even advertise it anywhere but the guy approached me cos he herd that i was thinkin of sellin up!

my doesnt news travel fast!!? :lol:

Yeah there is quite a bit of buying and selling going on just now.

I've just been looking at something a bit more refined and a even quicker. 8)

yeah it does feel like quite a few people are selling up! a mk1 GTi would be sweet, but then again, familys gotta come first!

mods included... fk highsport coilovers lowering 75(ish) mm, K&N induction kit, FSE power boost valve, S2000 ariel, black B pillars, phillips blue visin side lights, debadged boot lid (apart from vw badge) removed front gti badge!

i was thinkin of returning it to stndard form but its more hassle than its worth so i just left it the way it was, the guy who baught it fell in love with its handlin ability and the induction noise so it made him want it more!
