Same procedure as changing the suspension normally but just using lowered springs. You'll want to get yourself a haynes manual to follow, it's invaluable. I'd walk you through it but I'd probably miss something out so it's worth having.
Couple of specific tools you will need before you set about replacing the suspension though: Cranked 18mm spanner (socket won't do) for removing the top nut, ball joint splitter, second jack to push the ARB back into place, lots of releasing fluid as the bolts will all be siezed solid. It's also worth taking photos of everything as you go to make sure you get things in the right place. Oh, and it is normal that the cups on the top mounts don't sit flush with the turrets, don't worry when that happens ;)

i got it from the same guy i got my central locking from, the range is great and the remote led is a handy little blue light aswel!, the alarm has a shock sensor, activated also when the doors are open aswel, you can start your car 4rm the remote only when the handbreak is up though! but today i have realised my car battery is dead so im :? god knows how that happened cant have been the little led??? it cost £60 for central locking and alarm posted from china
