why is this thread still going? surely even the most retarded individual would realise that they are never going to go onto any car make/model specific forum, outline a couple of faults that they have had and expect every one to turn round and say 'do you know what? our cars ARE s**t, lets sell up quick!'

fans of ‘Top gear’ on bbc2 may have heard that Jeremy Clarkson classes it as one of his all time favourite vehicles to drive.

Jeremy Clarkson says its a good car lets all go out and buy one. My god your are a total clown. Is this the same Jeremy Clarkson that said the Ford GT is also one of the best car he has ever driven. I seem to remeber just about everytime Top Gear that is on these days James & Hamster boy rip him a new one cause something else has went wrong with it. I think one of the episodes he said that he hasnt managed to drive it anywhere without it going wrong. Great Ford engineering & customer care that they produce a flagship car that is a bucket of $**t.

The ford GT was recalled due to a rear suspension fault I think it was.

Ford recalled 600,000 Focus vehicles due to a fault that could cause a serious fire, so don't even think about coming over all high and mighty with the "Ford is better than VW" shit!

And may I add that's in comparison to the 5000 (or is it 3000 I can't remember ) Polo GTI's that were made

Well they didn't make 3000 but there was only 3000 that came over to the UK, so yes thats 600,000 Ford's to 3000 GTi's

Whats the point all cars at one point or another are going to break down / have reliablility (sp) issues - also the car i owned before my beloved polo was a shi**y ford fiesta (Poor mans puma)which gave me more problems than i have had oil changes on my polo !! just goes to show hey ??
