I sold the ones I refurbished myself, with decent tyres on eBay for £400 plus £35 postage.

If they have been fully refurbed ie powder coated and diamond cut rims with decent tyres I would say £450 - £500, polished rims are cheap to do, so £350 - £400. I got £350 for mine and the tyres needed replacing.

Powder coating is a method of applying paint to something.

Basically its like a powder that adheres to the object by static. You then bake it to cure it which gives it a tough coating. More info here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Powder_coating

I had the centres on my BBS' bead blasted then powder coated.

Diamond cut is the finish that the outer rim has as standard.
