how much should it cost for a de-dent & external respray?
just so i have a rough idea before going to a bodyshop to make sure i don't get ripped off

can get it done fr around Â£500, all depends on the quality of the job, meticulously done you'd easily be hittng the 1k mark

ok this was a scary one, i'm driving along with no probs, doing about 20mph after pulling away from a junction, then theres a click under my right foot, there's no drive and the engine starts to race

on with flashers engine off car going no place.

restart engine, engage gears and away we go no probs all the way home. weird huh?

next day same happens (this morning to be precise) turned off the engine and started up again virtually imediately, and completed an 8mile journey with no repeat.

any ideas?

i'm well flumoxed as i've had it for a while now with no real snags other than already highlighted here on the forum. oh and the rear wiper packed up but hey, who needs to see where you've been?....lol
