Go to any custom exhaust manufacturer and get a stainless cat-back system made up. Tell them to make it to the same specs as the stock exhaust, nd as quiet as possible, and it won't be any louder than standard.

I got a Powerflow made to the stock specifications and its spot-on. It is a little louder than the original exhaust, but only because I asked for that!

I've done things the other way round, got the exhaust and getting the BMC soon

HTH :)

In my case, probably not. Feels like there is ever so slighty more urge in the mid range but its probably a trick of the mind! Combined with the BP Ultimate that I use on every fill maybe a 2 or 3 bhp extra if I'm lucky?

What does a BMC give? 5 0r 6 bhp? A rolling road would be the ultimate proof really :)

yeh around 5 or 6 bhp supposedly, i cant really feel much difference but it certainly makes the power delivery smoother and i think the car seems to run better with the bmc, not sure whether to get a ss exhaust or get a sachs clutch as discussed in another thread

decisions, decisions :(

Yep. £210 for my system. Around £260 if you have a tailpipe that requires any bumper cutting? Every Powerflow dealer is different though so its possible to find the same spec system cheaper at a different retailer!
