whats this hose???

When i had my bumper out. I found this hose wierdly just hanging off to no where

.

Any idea as to what its for. It seems to be connected to the base of the battery box and is just hanging just behind the bumper reinforcer

Cool, i thought i accidently knocked it off when removing the bumper. Just curious but any ideas what its for?

I think its to allow excess water to run off and not fill up in the battery tray
