Rear washer

Hi everyone,
Can someone tell me where the water tank is for the rear washers, sorry if i sound stupid-just got the car :D

The water bottle for the washers is on the right hand side of the engine bay (as you stand infront of the car looking at it)

That feeds the headlight washers, front screen and rear screen.

Thanks for that, must be a fuse then, the front and headlight washers work fine but the rear is dead. Ill take it to VW see what they say. Thanks again

Headlight washers only work when the light are on (I had to read the manual when I got the car to find that out)

@djakster - Silly question but I take it you're pushing the stork towards the windscreen to spray the rear screen, whereas you pull it towards you for the front?

Does the actual wiper work? Or is just the screen wash that's not coming through? Could be the pipe has come off inside the bootlid (happened on mine). Might be worth taking the bootlid covering off and taking a look yourself (couple of screws and it clips off)

As Wardy mentions, its most likely the pipe that has come off! see if your boot area gets wet when you push the stalk
