tbh mate once you've spent the money on a lowering kit it's not worth jack s**t to anyone else even if they are buying the car..

at the end of the day you have to realise that any cosmetic changes or modifications to the car will not add the cost of those modifications or changes onto the cars value.

If you stick it on ebay, i don't think you'll get more than £300 for it, i watched a well advertised, well documented and well photographed MK2 Coupe S, all welding/rust removed with a professional respray, had done 48,000 legit with all paper work, and it got to £555 - now unless you find two or more buyers that are specifically looking for the "rat" look you won't get anything near that.

It would be ashame to see it go for nothing.. its all im saying.. just my 2 cents.

wild child I know your right, and Kris I have taken an angle grinder to them, I've spent well over £500 on my revolution wheels, and still no joy. I can't be arsed with tghe hassle, and the thing is I'm at minishow's with my mate week in week out. and I really want one!!! as for Tom as long as you can replace the kit on my car with a standard setup then you can have the kit for £100 also Kris or zombie, interested in G40 calipers and disc's?? also a badgeless grille with eyebrow?? in exchange for a standard one - I know you have a new coupe Kris.

P.s check the spotted section Kris

peace out - and yes my polo game is weak
