Stare at the image for a few seconds, without moving your eyes roll your cursor over the image and it will appear to be in colour until you move your eyes when you realise it is in fact a black and white image.

thats cool.....
for some reason my own doesnt work though
followed the instructions (pretty easy) but the effect is weak as hell
its a 10 sec per frame GIF by the way as my flash and html skills are just as bad
