Remove electric window motor etc?

Alright guys,
Does anyone know how to remove the electric window motor, Ive stipped the door down, but cant get the damn thing out. My window will not go down so Im finding it really hard to get it out. Does anyone know how get it out?

Any help will be appreciated

Not really sure but my old thread might be of some vague help, I posted some pictures of the door stripped down etc. Its all here.

IIRC the moto and the regulator all had to be removed as one unit before then removing the motor once the assembly has successfully been removed from the door!

Ah I see you managed to get it all out then, did you manage to do it while the window glass was up? Im having big problems trying to get the unit out as a whole..
