If there are no wires coming out the base of the seats, then you would have to remove the leather fabric, so that you can buy and install the heat mats for the base and back part of the seat and then put the fabric back over them
Thats a big job to get right without ruining the finish or ripping the leather or something like that
Then you need to buy many more parts to make it OEM, but on a basic level, I recon a fuse, 12v supply and a switch is all you need to make them heat up. I think the OEM switch has a resistor inside to control heat level thru voltage control to the heat mats
