Broken into last night!! arrggghhh

Got a knock at the door from the police in early hours.your alarms sounding outside in the private car park and your rear quarter window has been smashed.

Nothing taken as the alarm scared them off.

but just really pissed off.

Anyone know the rough price of a new drivers side rear quarter window.

:( sorry to hear this m8, glad nothing was taken and the alarm did its job

try ringing local glass places, autoglass etc... should be reasonable as its a small pane of glass?

going thru insurance not an option? glass will be everywhere and need cleaning up :(

shopped about for the window yesterday. £149.95 supplied and fitted is the cheapest i got.

thats not including getting it tinted again. It was lucky the tint held the shatterd glass together

Feel for you mate this happen twice to me once on my mk4 polo and also on me GTi.

On both occasions nothing was taken, to be honest I dont have nothing to take no ice.

On the GTi think they was after my xeon bulbs as they opened the bonnet, however the dipsey thiefs couldnt open it all the way.

Why wont you go thru insurance on both occassion I just paided 50 quid and my insurance hasent gone up.
