I got offered a 2000 A4 Avant Quattro Sport 1.8T today and I decided to buy it, so the Polo's getting the heave-ho. I'll be sad when I sell it on, many times the sound of the variable cam kicking in has brought a smile to my face. Sadly I need something a bit bigger and that can tow a hefty trailer.

Still, the new machine goes well and has a very nice spec. Recaros and climate control, gotta love UK spec cars.

I'll be sure to direct the new owner this way.

Nice new car you got there. Before my dad got his Golf GTI and Impreza we had an A4 1.8T Sport. Was beautiful inside
