Incoming Votex Kit!

Post by Manni »

Just got a votex kit without roof spoiler from some connections ;)

Now, while their being delivered, its time to think about installing and spraying the things on :P

Anyone has fitted the votex kit on before? Was it an easy job?

Because I'm a DIY kinda man, I wanted to fit them on myself and also save a couple of ££.

Should I take the pieces to professional sprayers or should i go DIY? :D

Thanks Manni

i fitted mine two weeks ago. i got it painted professionaly and fitted it myself. it was a fairly easy job but you will need someone there to help you hold it, and a lot of masking tape.

front and rear there are 2 screws through the splitters under each wheel arch. there are also 2 screws both front and rear, underneath each. there is a line of sealer all the way along the top.

thats how the splitters are held on.

the sideskirts are just one screw on each side (in the front wheel arch) and the rest is just held on with sealer.

you should get instructions with the kit if it has never been opened before
