sticking back bootlid VW badge

Post by AKs_SlickPolo »

Im having my rear bootlid 'VW' badge sprayed, but after its done whats the best stuff to stick it back with. Dont want it paint damaging, but like VW used that very thin but very strong black double-sided tape, any idea what that is? :?

I managed to use the backing that it comes with, just peeled it off the new badge and kept it carefully then once it was sprayed I stuck it on 8)
