I now have some new rims! Thanks to Peter and thanks to GLS for an AMAZING delivery all the way from Germany to my house in 24hours!!

I loooove these wheels and the way they look on the car. Gotta a little smirk when I look at it... and I'm sure it'll be a cheeser when it's lowered!

She also had her 2006 service today - another stamp in le book!

Got some headlight adjusters and new fog lights to fit soon too

And I have just been informed that I should put spacers on the back! 10mm do?

That car is really getting better and better 8)

not far to go till it's at the same standard as your old GT.

is it all driving fine now that you've sorted the boost leak too?

p.s i think the stance looks pretty cool as it is, don't think 1cm will make any difference :) but obviously up to you

Cheers guys! You two are the ones on here that seem interested! Makes it worthwhile posting it on here 8)

Yeah, Adam. It's driving moorrrrrrre than fine now I have no boost leak and full-blend charger in tow!

Going up to rolling road day a week tomorrow so will see how she is sitting this time

Yeah, I'm gonna leave the rear spacers for that time in your car's life when you're just tinkering with little bits and bobs. 'Cause yeah I think it's sweet as well.

Hoping to go down 60/40 I think

Here's a couple of nightime pics on my phone that I thought were pretty cool:

Great report and progress Del.

I like this site more every day I come here.

Still looking about, getting my Polo bearings...... as to the what, how etc of ownership, which are good and which not.

Fogs fitted literally 5 mins before torrential rain fall! So headlight adjusters will have to wait till another day

Excellent work and fair play for the DIY modding and repair work.

Looking like a tidy motor now, well worth the £1k and bit of time to get her looking like that.
