fitted them on monday night with 2 mates :D

i have left the front plate off to see wot its like smoothed, i think im gonna get the screw holes smoothed over and the bumpstrip smoothed over and put a smaller plate in the bumper at the bottom

anyway new pics of it lowerd (all the pics here) http://public.fotki.com/---Carl---/coils_are_on_the_gti_!/

cant wait to get low pro tyres with more of a stretch :D it wil be goin even lower !

still not sure on the wheel choice tho :oops: but each to there own!!

i got rial rims, not sure on the name and lowered it about 80 on the front and 60 on the back i think

got 195 45 50 tyres ! :( need low pro ! and more stretched

didnt clean the car but when its clean and the rims are nice and silver it looks alot better lol

not sure on that bloody camber lol

Cars looking good mate, really liking those rims (maybe polish the dishes?!)

I think you mean 195/50/15's If you after real low pros, get some 165/50's or 175/50's, they'll give a good stretch!

so i should still buy 50's ??? they will be to chunky wont they ?

i need some stretched so the tyre goes well under the arch and low pro (so i can get it low without catching )

It all depends what tyres you go for, if the stretch is big enough on the 165/50 or 175/50 then the overall side profile will not be 50 anymore...

Does that make sense?

I wasn’t saying you know nothing about tires, just that I have never found them in that size (I bet they exist somewhere though!)
