That thing does look like it has Golf supension turrets, so it could have other front chassis bits too. I can imagine any VR6, let alone a turbo would just rip the standard Mk 3 polo front chassis apart.

one thing i have just noticed watching the first vid is that if you look at the rear of the white one, its got mk2 rear light clusters!!!! so really its a mk2, with a mk3 front end! interesting! although i doubt it will make any difference what so ever as the mk2 and mk3 are practically the same car!

still, i am proud i spotted that! :lol: 8)
