Anyone familiar with Mopay

Post by 1litreheater »

Basically its a internet site that buys your old phones of you for cash, or you can donate some or all of the money to a charity.

Ne way what im getting at is i have sent off two phones to them that i dont need or use anymore and done have chargers for. They dont ask for the charger to be sent with the phones which was a plus as i didnt really wanna have to buy a cheap charger just to get money back on a phone i dont even want, u get me.

Soooo i put these phones in jiffa bags and was told to write on the bags Free Post Mopay and on the back a reference number they gave me. I did all this and went to post them, then looked at the bag and thought how the hell are these ever gonna find there way to wherever there going, with no address and no stamp (i know thats the whole idea of free post no stamp but) and how will the postman know where to post them.

Basically i think iv been mugged and just wondering if any of you's or you's mates have done a similar thing. And is it genuine ???

Oh and if you where wondering i asked for all the money to come to me as i donate to the rspca because alot of people tend to forget animal charities and just give to childrens ones etc ................ but thats a whole other issue !!!

Ramble over, im bored.

These things usually take up to 28 days so sit tight.... I've never used them but my friend has and tells me it took him over a month to get his money...

And yes they are terrible phones.... put me off motorola for life...
