Exhaust Cut-out votex kit

looking to buy a 6 x 4 oval exhaust. any1 have any recommendations?

Also is it easy enough to make a cut-out in the rear votex kit? as i want the exhaust to sit in the bumper not underneath.

Or do i go to a bodyshop or exhaust place to get a cut-out made? lol
