9n2 GTI Rear Vallance

Does anyone know if the rear vallance on the 9n3 gti is available for cars fitted with a detachable towbar, As i would like to fit one to my tdi but it has a factory detachable towbar fitted. The difference is a small removable panel in vallance itself.. :?:
