I've seen some of these around and quite like them. How much are they?

Last time I checked there was one either on this forum or Club Polo going for around £300-£400.

But if your going to buy carbon fibre, expect to pay more for good quality.

i believe they are quite expensive to fix if anything happens to them, worth having to reduce weight on the car too

you can pick them up from £250 onwards, crop up on ebay every now and again... but to get one made looking at £400 - 500 +

they do look kool tho when the weave catches the sun!

yeah i sold mine thru here last year, now on a sweet GTi with 1.8t conversion running porsche brakes and stripped out!

they dont actually save much weight tho, maybe a kilo difference between the 2!

On a silver car a carbon bonnet, black roof and black wing mirrors (and maybe black wheels) could look pretty special IMO. Seen a similar scheme on a car from uk-mkivs.net, looked good! 8)

Looks so good. Your old car is officially my favourite silver GTI. If only I had those wheels as they compliment it perfectly
