Brake Pad low indicator
Does the 9n have this feature where it warns you when your pads are low?

The light may come on even though there appears to be plenty of meat left on the pads.
The reason being is that alot of people ignore the warning for as long as possible, because the car still works fine.
The condition of your brakes is NOT something you want to ignore.
Also remember that the inner pad (the one you can't see) may not wear parrallel than the outer pad, so you really need to take a good look at both.
If in doubt, just change them.
They're not expensive, and it really isn't worth the risk.

I think weve all learnt one lesson at least.... DONT GO KWICK FIT!
Second, you dont need the wire but I wouldnt want people to cut it off. It usually only has a wire on one side of the car, when I upgraded my golfs brakes to Tarox they didnt have the senser feed so it was just a case of cable tying the wire to the bracket there.
