Cripes yes I remember this little rocket from Santa Pod. Awesome! If it were properly road legal and standardish looking (its been largely stripped out) it would be a mighty mighty tempting offer - just £5000!! :shock:

I got halfway down the link and relized I'm lazy so to save me reading did they discover whether it was road legal or not?

Haha! yeah i think id have that wrapped round a tree after a 10 minute thrash no doubt! so yeah i think ill leave that one alone :wink:

There was abit of debate about it really, however i think it could be road legal after some minor alterations, i believe he said there was only small things like wipers, lights being wired up etc, oh and an exhaust system?

and i reckon his tyres may need to be pumped up a bit! if i remember rightly at santa pod, he ran the tyres with low pressures! i guess to aid grip?? ie more tyre on the tarmac therefore better grip??

As someone pointed out in the thread, it could be worth buying (assuming you had the money) and splitting solely for the 400bhp TT engine with the intention of a transplant 8)
