Any got the stats for a VW POLO 1.9 D CL 3d? & does anyonehave one/would reccomend one? I'm wanting a car with a little more power and its only one insurance group up from my 1.4 CL Polo, so thinking about getting one! I would get the 1.4 16v but i've been told the insurance is group 10 n i could never afford that. Any help would be appreciated.

If you looking for a speed upgrade the diesel 1.9 isnt for you as its 1 second SLOWER to 60 than the 1.4 8v. Its also the same tax braket but is more economical.

f you want a bit more power without too high insurance the 1.6 8v is about the best polo to get.
