I'm going to do a xenon conversion to mine but a little confused. An H7 kit would be dipped only right? The Polo uses an H1? bulb for high beam. I see Bi-Xenon kits on ebay and im just curious as to how these work. Did you have any problems installing your H7 kit? What colour is the beam is it really blue at 8000 or is it more white?

Cheers
Gav.

I haven't had time to install me HID kit yet, planned to do this during my christmas holiday.

But the original mk4 headlights have got H4 bulbs which need bi-Xenon, because your headlights use 1 H4 lamp for both normal and great light (dunno the proper english words for it :( )

I bought H7 since I've got FK headlights, which have 2 H7 bulbs per light in them, so I will use my HID kit to replace my normal/day/traffic light (the one which illuminates the road but doesn't blind other people on the road ;) )
