Do they (the tame UK one and the fiery one) both run the same turbo? If so, they will remap to the same BHP (probably around 195).

Also, the bodykit will be available through VAG Parts and probably eBay, so if you have a little imagination, you can make your own! :D

i think the 2 cars have different turbos, the 150 bhp has a ko3 and the 180 has a ko3 sport as far as i know (i spoke to a mate who has a good knowledge of vw/seat engines)!

yea i saw this a while back, I had already planned to get one as my next car then they announced it won't be coming to the uk :x

i guess one could be imported but that would be a hassle, and it would no doubt cost an absolute fortune to upgrade a normal gti to that spec

Nope definitley not if its only being produced in germany.

Is there any othere european countries that drive on the LHS of the road?

What do you think this is...Wings West? Its a OEM part, not even an accessory. I reckon you'd get a change out of £1k for the plastic, which is about as much discount you can blag off a new one seeing as they're not selling.
