gt engine hot wire?

is the gt engine meant to have a hot wire sensor? if so where can i get them from and how much? also clutch and cambelt kit because i cant find them on vag.com. Thx

help any1,i now know i need 1 but were can i get 1 from will 1 fit of any other models ie golf

Call some breakers yards up, somewhere will have the engine and the auxiliaries for the 1.3 gt.... like the hot wire sensor..... google it, loads on the net, if not ebay

The GT has a vane type airflow meter, not a hot wire one.

ok thanks any1 know were i can grt 1 cus the engine bort didnt cum wiv 1,or will 1 from a mk2 gti or somthing fit

You can use Mk2 Golf GTI ones, but they generally need tweaking to run alright on a GT - best to get a GT one. Try asking on here and Club Polo if anyone's got a spare.
