i want to lower my polo gti.what mm is recomended by you guys?its on the standsrd bbs rims i want it to look like the first silver 1.

From the front page. Josh's old Polo GTi, which was fitted with H&R coilovers if memory serves. Looks like about -70mm, (an estimate on my part), sort of the stance I want from mine too

I think that picture of his car is actually whilst on H&R springs. I have asked him via pm about this pic, but he hasn't replied.
This is Josh's car just before sale, on H&R coils. It would definately say it was lower than in the pic above, which is where my assumption is bourne:
