HELP ME CHOOSE SOME SPEAKERS "PLEASE"

Post by stu nwpoc »

Hi guys

Your help and advice would be much appreciated on which speakers i should go for, i have just bought a Merc Vito (for work) and i want to replace the dash speakers, im running a Panasonic CD head unit with standard speakers and want to upgrade them, i am interested in either

Infinity Kappa 42.7i 4" speakers (50w RMS)

But i have also been told i should go for some Alphasonik 4" Speakers (80w RMS) the problem is, i have never heard of Alphasonik but have been told by the guy in the shop that they are really good speakers !

Can anyone advise on which to go for (i know that im not going to get earth shaking bass from a 4" speaker) but i just want good quality crisp sound

PLEASE HELP !!!

just stick with the infinities, no point spendin extra cash in a work van as you wont notice the difference, the only reason he wants you to buy alphasonic is cos it benefits him,

Cheers for the reply, the Alphasoniks are actually cheaper, he's selling the Infinitys at £75 (but i can get them cheaper on ebay at £62.99) He's selling the Alphasoniks for £60 !!!

I will spend most of the time in the van so i want something half decent, pitty i can't hear them in the van beforehand (he wont do that even tho i dont blame him really) And he hasnt got any in the display stand in the shop
