Red or black safety bell?

I would like to know why there is 2 colors for the safety bell?
Mine are black and it 's not the only one but some are red ?

do you mean belt? if so i think it was an option over here in the uk to have red or blck depending on what colour your door cards are? not 2 sure mind.
