Silver polo gti bournemouth

Saw a really nice looking silver gti today near uni in bournemouth past winton, it was lowered with black badges and the red lining on the grill.

its a pretty nice gti, very tidy and got some real nice chrome piping uner the bonnet for his air filter which looks the nuts!

i'm from brighton but a student at bournemouth, just got my gti a few weeks ago....yeah his car was looking sweet, do you know what it was lowered to?

sounds like mine, but I've not been to Bournmouth for awhile. Its abit of a hotspot from them there. Last time I visted the car park I was in had one of each colour including mine.

its a local club but we have over 500 members now and have a monthly meet just off the holes bay road in poole at dfs.
theres 3 gti's now i think including mine.....gimme a flash if you see me around bournemouth, whats your gti like? done much to it yet?
i think his gti is down around 60mm, not quite as low as mine but its cool!

not yet, only got it a few weeks ago, and straining on the student loan, hoping to lower it now & possibly get the RXII's in 16's off the mk4 cab, also planning on getting a nice suttle exhaust

Loving the red lined grill, is it a part you can buy or just paint it yourself? didn't buy it in the best nick so got work to do inside and out, any idea how much it would be to get leather?

will defo sign up, well up for a meet..

umm i was talking to him about it....he took his grill off and taped everything then just sprayed it red!!

i havent got it done on mine as i dont think it would look right
leahter.....mine already had leather but to buy it for your gti you will be looking at anywhere between Â£350 and Â£500.
ye get yourself along to a meet, i wont be at the next one (10 dec) as my car is getting a bit of a new look!!

luckily not my RS's are tucked up in the garage (and may not be put back on)

and im running G60 steels for the winter! sooooo sexy ......haha
