i love the G-smiles!!!

Post by Mk2Adam »

just thought i'd take a moment to say how amazing it is driving a G40 :D

just took it out for a quick petrol run, and just on an uphill road which splits into 2 so that ppl can overtake lorries and such

there was a slow car in front so i just put my foot down and flew past him then found a suburu in front who was going at a fair pace so put my foot down and flew past him :D

now to be honest he wasn't pushing 100% because he would have beaten me but it's soooooo great to have a quick glance over and see that suburu driver's stunned face when he get's overtaken like that by a car which looks like it'd struggle to 30mph

mmmmmmm i love it

looks to be in good condition...

what are your plans for it? or is it a matter of just enjoying it for a while instead

to be honest it's already been tuned to 159bhp so far from standard with 0-60 in about 6.5 secs, i'm not interested in molestering it with body kits etc so i'm just gonna restore it, keep it clean with just a few toutches here and there :D

p.s nice to see someone from post mk3 being interested Haris

i'm happy sacrificing my power steering, airbags, quality speakers, electric windows, air con, sun roof, errrm pretty much any safety features or any resemblence of luxury for the abilty to go that speed

mmmm, can't imagine ever buying a newer car
