Buying New Springs, whats the best and where From???

Post by keenan27 »

I have just bought a set of 17" alloys for my Polo 9N and as i suspected it sits way too high. i want to lower it but i am unsure aout how much to lower it by and whats the best product for the job.

I have been recomended by someone that 40mm would be suitable, but a i dont know whether i simply need new springs, or new springs and shocks, or something completely different.

If anyone would be able to advise me on this i would be gratefull

Cheers

uprated shocks and springs is probably the best.

Koni yellow adjustable shocks and Eibach springs is a good combo 8) if coilovers are out of the question!

Places like German Ebay, Awesome GTI and Venom motorsport are good places. No idea on price, guess it would be atleast £250-300
