The 9n and 9n3 Votex front skirt the same?

This pic of a new 9n3 with full Votex (looks class) came to my attention on ebay. I thought the votex kit was the same for both 9n and 9n3 models but from the pic, the front skirt on this one looks different from the one for the 9n.

9n3 front is different.

the sides and rear are the same tho

nope defo different. the 9n3 is more subtle imo

i spotted a learner driver in a polo, was the instructors car. it was a pn3 kitted with a votex and it caught my attention alright...very very nice! this was around a year ago just after it came out
