its not possible to have it without changing the exhaust is it? either way should be able to get custom one made right??

I was just gonna weld an extension off the tailpipe to bring it more central. I'd go for the single exit not the twin, although the twin would look good!

And I thought I was the only one with that idea! Still, if I do some serious body work, I will do it. I can't decide if I like smoothed bumpers - I look at Alun's and think it looks the nuts, but I like the strips too :shock:

yea since i had the idea been driving around looking at TT's on the road and their rear bumpers... i thought only the 3.2 V6 TT's had the honeycomb rear grills, and that it was only dual exit.. surprised that there's single tailpipe one!

The 180's had 1 tailpipe but the 225's had 2 pipes :D

yea i kno the 225's have dual pipes but pretty sure they don't have the honeycomb grills... well at least my cousin's 225 doesnt! :?

I'm pretty sure they don't but you can buy them, they just clip in.

The 3.2 Quattro's are the only ones afaik that came with it as standard.

I think to have the exhausts situated like that you're gonna have to lose the spare whel recess & there will have to be some major cutting away of metal!
It would be poss to run 2 pipes out the back, but further apart than the TT style i reckon. 1 where the original pipe is & the other would mean losing the tow eye.
This is what i could only do on my mk4
