central locking

Hi everyone, i'm a new member
Enjoying reading all the messages,very imformative and some great looking Polo's!
I've got a 1.9TDI Sport,'02 in black,and still standard. Great car,but i'm having a problem with the central locking,it works fine with the key-fob,but when i'm in the car and press the button on the door, everything locks as it should and then the drivers door lock always pops back up and has to be pushed down manually.
Is this a common problem,and does anyone know how to fix it?

sounds like a fault with the central locking?

have you tried pressing it again(the lock button) or un-locking it then relocking it??

might be best to get and auto electrician to take a look
