Torque settings for suspension

Fitting shocks and springs in the next couple of weeks so does anybody know or know where i can find the torque settings for all those lovely bolts I'll need to tighten?

Buy a haynes manual mate as it will have all the torque settings in there.

Plus when you come to do other stuff to your car you'll have the manual to help you.
