f**k! I wouldnt take any of that...its almost as if they've took it out for a spin and smacked a kerb for it to dent the tyre also....nasty thought to think what they may have done with the car...

That looks really nasty, got to have hit the kerb at a fair speed to damage the tyre like that too :(

Ouch mouse that is a real sore one!!! Dont stop till they refurb the wheel. It'll only be like £40 quid or so, but try getting the refurber to match the colour :?

It's weird the way it has cleanly sliced into the tyre. Might of been carelessness when they were towing it

I dont think it was a kerb, i think it would have been a bit bigger and rougher if it was a kerb. Could be a ramp or something?

Chase them, hound them into submission, in my experience people never phone back when your saying they've broken something & you want it fixing

Cleaned the day it broke down

As you can see a big improvement. All you need to do is take it to your nearest dodgy garage

No they did f**k all. Was thinking about taking it to a small claims court but my dad thinks it's a waste of time. He even asked everyone at his work too and they said the same thing

The scary thing I find is how many people I know this has happened to, One of my pals recently invested in a VTS, took it in & it came out with a hugh chunk out of the RIM and the front quarter panel dented!!!
